		<description>Sorry to hear your kitty it so upset by all the transitions.  We used Bach&#039;s Flower Essences with our cats when our kids were born, we moved, etc. We used Walnut because it&#039;s supposed to help with transitions and felt it worked very well.  You can usually buy them at a natural foods store.  You can find more info (http://www.petsynergy.com/flower.html#C5).  It&#039;s a bit wacky but we felt it works.  I can&#039;t wait to see how your blanket turns out!  I know you think this is a strange first comment, but I enjoy your blog through GoogleReader and very rarely click through to the page.

		<description>OUr cat did something similar many years ago.  She watched her sister get hit by a car and started scratching her neck until it was a bloody mess.  The vet also put her on anti-depressants, but they didn&#039;t work.  It was finally a lot of love that brought her back.
