I wandered over to Ravelry and made a rough count of my FO's and I'm fairly evenly split between Paid, Free and "Me" patterns. The paid for ones are a bit higher but not by much. Although my data isn't particularly scientific since everything on there dates from the beginning of Rav not the beginning of my knitting. It sounds like you’re really busy.
